When I started eMentum in 1999, I knew that I wanted to do something special. I had worked for the Big 5 firms and felt restricted by the hierarchy and the overhead of a large consulting firm. I wanted the flexibility to respond quickly and decisively when a client or a project needed action, and I wanted to make a significant contribution toward resolving complex challenges. I feel fortunate that I have this opportunity.
Whether eMentum clients are corporate entities or government agencies, their missions aren’t defined by the short-term need, and neither should the solutions deployed to realize them. It is increasingly important to maintain the balance of technology investment with the delivery of services and to assess legislative requirements against operational efficiencies. This can only be achieved by identifying and delivering appropriate long-term solutions for long-term needs.
My vision for eMentum is to specialize in providing our clients with the strategic counsel they need and with the best value for their consulting dollar. I am proud of our reputation for excellence and of our track track-record of client satisfaction. We are not the biggest organization, but we are the best at delivering effective, sophisticated solutions to complex challenges.
eMentum clients don’t come to us for quick-fixes or for staff augmentation. We aim to make the lives of senior executives easier by helping them to make their organizations become more secure, more efficient, and more effective. By putting our clients’ challenges before our own corporate needs, we are better able to help them to realize their business, organizational, and technology goals.
Look around the eMentum website. I think you’ll gain an appreciation for the services that we provide, and I welcome your feedback. We are very selective in who we hire and with whom we partner. If you would like to discuss hiring eMentum consultants to assist your organization or would like to join our team, please let me know.
